All client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We comply with applicable privacy legislation and professional guidelines to protect your personal and health information. Records, session notes, and assessments are securely stored and only shared with consent or as required by law.
Service Fees & Pricing
All service fees are outlined prior to the start of care. Please note that prices are subject to change, and clients will receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice before any adjustments are applied.
Right to Withdraw from Services
Clients have the right to pause or discontinue services at any time. This aligns with ethical standards outlined by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), which emphasize client autonomy and the right to make decisions regarding their care. We encourage open communication to ensure transitions are safe, supportive, and in the client’s best interest.
