Service Description

We provide staff training and professional supervision for direct support workers, educators, and caregivers working with autistic individuals, those with behavioural needs, or adults and children with developmental disabilities. Our training focuses on building practical, evidence-based skills in behaviour analysis, understanding autism, implementing effective behaviour supports, and teaching daily living and life skills. Sessions are tailored to the needs of your team and designed to strengthen confidence, competence, and quality of care across all service settings. Group classes and individual training availability.
